The World Space Week was declared by the UN General Assembly with the aim of celebrating each year the contributions of space science and technology to human development.

Astronomers from Gaia's group Mercè Romero and Eduard Masana will give, next Thursday, October 8, an online conference on the Milky Way and the Gaia mission.

The night of September 26 is the International Moon Observation Day, an activity promoted by NASA. We encourage the entire astronomical community to find time to observe our satellite, the Moon. Next we will give you all the necessary information to plan the observation session.
