About the Author
Alfred Castro Ginardis a doctoral student in the Gaia group at the Institute of Cosmos Sciences, where he develops and implements applications on the Gaia archive in a Big Data environment, using data mining and Machine Learning techniques. He also teaches classes in Astronomy and Observational Astronomy for the Physics Degree at the University of Barcelona.
