 The exhibition "Scientific Catalan 2.0", born in 2020 aims to give greater visibility to the strategic role of women scientists of our country, who care about communicating science to contribute to creating and disseminating roles and female models, especially the fields of science and engineering. It is vital to know the science to help women overcome gender stereotypes in the STEAM disciplines. Thus, the aim of the exhibition is to highlight the role of women in the advancement of science in society, noting that some scientists in our closest environment, the Catalan territory.

Our cosmologist and ICREA professor Licia Verde is one of the scientists in the exposition. Licia is a member of the Physical Cosmology research group, and works in theoretical cosmology, cosmic microwave background, large-scale structure, galaxy clusters, statistical applications and data analysis.
