The Institute of Cosmos Sciences of the UB is collaborating again with the Pla Comunitari de La Verneda i La Pau bringing the Constellations in 3D workshop to the Verneda Community Centre. After the success of the astronomical observation of the moon at the La Palmera square, the researcher Eduard Masana (ICCUB-IEEC) will offer this workshop at the Educational Space of the Community Centre, which is open to any student of the neighbourhoods of La Pau or la Verneda.

WORKSHOP: «3D CONSTELLATIONS»
One of the most characteristic constellations of our sky is Orion. In this workshop, you will build a model of Orion in three dimensions considering the position and distance among each of its stars. This way, you will be able to appreciate how the constellation changes when observed from different perspectives.
