The Institute of Cosmos Sciences of the UB returns to the Palmera Square to perform a public observation of the Moon to celebrate its neighbourhood festivities.

It is the third year that the ICCUB has participated in this activity, which began in 2019, to celebrate 50th anniversary of the arrival of mankind on the moon and which counted with the participation of ICCUB researchers Eduard Masana and Lola Balaguer.

ASTRONOMICAL OBSERVATION: "WATCHING THE MOON FROM THE PALMERA SQUARE"

In this astronomical observation we will discover our satellite, which is the fifth largest in the solar system. We will be able to see its geography (seas, craters...) and learn about its history.

When? Friday June 10 from 10pm to 11pm

Where? Plaça de la Palmera, Barcelona
